Happy New Year from the Real Estate Guide 2 Success family! We got off to a great start in 2009 when we launched the website back in September. Things have continued to grow since then, and we look forward to bigger and better things in 2010.

Our podcast series has been a huge success, with its’ availability growing on iTunes, Podcast Alley and other prominent sites across the internet. We hope you’ve enjoyed listening to the episodes. Our plan is to keep improving the quality, subject matter and quantity to give you the best podcast experience possible.

On this site you’ve seen blog posts and articles on many real estate investing topics including credit, financing, rehabbing and property management. We’ll continue covering these subjects in depth as we roll into the New Year. The big addition to the site this year will be the inclusion of more video posts and video content. Look for our Video Quick Tip series to be starting here shortly. We’ll also have expanded video content to bring you insight into the daily activities of our resident real estate investing guru Ronnie Adams.

Since this is an informational/educational website, we’ll be starting our Real Estate Investing From A to Z series this month as well. In each post, we’ll take one letter from the alphabet and define all the important real estate terms that begin with that letter. By the time the series concludes, you’ll have an in-depth glossary of all the investing terminology you’ll need to successfully run your business.

We’ll also continue with the inspirational and business management blog posts. Please don’t dismiss these as irrelevant to your business success! On the contrary, being a successful real estate investor depends as much on your mental attitude and running your business as it does knowing how to find, finance and rehab properties. It’s like the three-legged stool analogy; you need all three legs in order for the stool to stay upright. In our case, you need to have the right attitude and run your business “like a business” if you want to succeed.

So now is the time to get your business revved up and rolling! Take action today! Sign up for our FREE real estate investing course today and get started! We hope you enjoy the things we have planned for this year. Let us know what you think in the comments below. We’d love to hear from you. Is there something else you’d like to see added to the site? Here’s to a successful and rewarding 2010!
