I have a great desire to start wholesaling and I would like to know what questions should I ask an investor? I would prefer to work with investors with deep pockets or some one that has the resources to actually purchase a property. With the knowledge I have as a real estate professional I know that I will do very well with wholesaling and that is my ultimate goal is to become an investor.
