Hi, I like the five questions on what to ask a real estate agent,however I myself am a Realtor I have been in the business for four years and I agree with you regarding your answers. I have a great desire to start wholesaling and I would like to know what questions should I ask an investor? I would prefer to work with investors with deep pockets or some one that has the resources to actually purchase a property. With the knowledge I have as a real estate professional I know that I will do very well with wholesaling and that is my ultimate goal is to become an investor. Keep up the great work your helping a lot of people. Win Win for all no matter what niche you are in when it comes to Real Estate.
