Great podcast especially for us beginners. Simple and easy to understand. Lot of information so I’m definitely going to have to listen to it again to catch what I missed.

My 2013 REI goals are to (1) complete the rehab on the duplex I purchased last year, (2) refinance it and use that money to purchase and rehab my second property, & (3) learn to mud drywall better. If you could see the mudding job I did in my current property you would laugh. I watched a youtube video and tried to copy what they did. I didn’t sand it good enough so you can still see it through the paint, but it was my first time and it’s going to be a rental so I doubt my target market is going to tripping about that.

Thanks for the info!

Alan, glad you found the information helpful and easy to understand as a beginner. First, glad to hear you already have goals setup. You are more likely to be successful because of it. Second, you sound like me when it comes to drywall. Put it like this, I need Ronnie to give me some pointers!

Thank you for this podcoast and all of your you tube videos and advice. We purchased our first investment property at the end of 2012 had it rented went through our first eviction and learned a ton of investment lessons. We sold the property and made a nice profit from it. We now are on number 2 and our goal is to purchase 4 more in 2014. We have our crucial team members (watched essential video) to make our 5 year goal a reality.
