It's amazing how quickly you can lose money on stocks if they don't go how you want them. Stocks are so up and down it is mind boggling. I still invest in them because it's easy, but it sure can be stressful I think you are right - real estate is more predictable and steady than the stock market as far as price fluctuation goes. Thanks for this podcast was useful for me. I hadn't thought about real estate investing for a few years, but you guys have definitely perked my interest again :) I just want to let you guys know seriously that your website on real estate is the best I have seen on the Internet. And I've never met you guys - but you are very open and honest with your podcasts, videos, and information. Your videos and podcasts with your personality are setting you apart. I think there are great things in store for you guys and this website - and I can tell you have spent a lot of time setting up your site. Thanks guys again!
