Rehabbing an investment property doesn’t have to be a scary proposition. When you’re preparing to get your rental property fixed-up for potential tenants, there are some important points to keep in mind. Ronnie talked about a few of the rehabbing do’s and don’ts in one of his earlier blog posts. This episode of the Real Estate Guide 2 Success podcast goes deep into the topic of property renovating so you can learn the how-to’s straight from an experienced and proven investor.

Just discovered this site today via youtube. Going to spend today listening to all the podcast. Most REI info I come across doesn’t speak to me on my level so it’s nice to find two brothers speaking about this business in a way that I can understand.

I just got into the business this summer an purchased a duplex using my tax refund and my financial aid money from school. Still working on the property and things are moving slowly but surely and I’m learning a lot along the way. I already made the mistake of falling in love with it by putting in chandeliers, ceiling fans, dimming switches, etc. My biggest expense is going to be getting 2 new furnaces put in. Look forward to learning a lot form here. Thanks.

Don’t feel bad I did the same thing in starting to love the property that was supposed to be an income maker. We look forward to you looking through the site and making comments. Look out for the ebook coming at the first of the year!
