The information provided on this website is great and I want to Thank You for thinking of those of us who have wanted to get into the real estate investing game. Unfortunately, I have made plenty of mistakes prior to finding you and my credit is not in the best of shape. My credit is not in the best of shape due to not investing wisely so my only option would be Hard Money Lenders or Private Investors until I become credit worthy again. Would you suggest that I wait until I rebuild my credit score or should I use the options that are available to pursue investing in real estate?

Toya thanks for your comment and I hope the information that we are providing you continue to find helpful. Now with your situation hardmoney lenders are still going to want an exceptable credit score for their company. So while they are an option, it may still be an upward battle. It’s really according to how bad your credit is. Remember that hardmoney lenders are not a good source of financing for every deal. So you will have to be carefull how you use them. I suggest while you’re in the process of repairing your credit gain, as much information and knowledge about being a real estate investor you can. Go through my site, read and listen to all the podcasts and videos so you can educate yourself on your craft. Have no down time while your repairing your credit. Good Luck!! and never give up. I look forward to hearing your success stories.
