Hi: I listened to your vedio and all I can say is, you are a beginner’ God send. You sound like someone who is actually doing this business and not just selling books and tapes. My question is: I have problems with getting money to buy properties. Most lenders would want you to have some money out of pocket for down payment, points, fees and what have you. How do I get around this problem? Thanks for the help. James.

I just started investing in real estate and I currently have 2 properties. I plan to amass a great deal of properties over the next five years. I wanted to know what type of software do you use to manage your properties? I have looked at Landlord max as well as a few others.

Thank you

Greetings Vance and Ronnie,

I just wanted to say that I appreciate the information that you gentlemen are putting out to the general public! In addition, the information is intelligible enough for the novice investor to pick up. I would like to know if you utilize the 1031 exchange to avoid incurring the capital gains tax if you decided to fix or sell a property. I am currently an intern with the United States Army, and I plan on investing in some real estate this year. The advice that you fellas have provided is invaluable to someone who is eager to get into the game! Keep up the great work, and thank you for making the ebook and Mind Map!
