Welcome to the RealEstateGuide2Success.com blog! I’m Ronnie Adams, and I’ve been successfully investing in real estate for about 15 years. I’m the guy who doesn’t believe in get rich quick schemes. I believe through hard work and the guidance of others, success is always within your grasp. I bought my first investment property in 1994 and made a whopping $250 a month. Since then, I’ve bought and sold over 100 properties. I’ve also rented and managed over 50 properties. Through hard work and learning from A LOT of mistakes, I’ve built a wonderful future for my family and gained control of my work life. Fortunately, investing in real estate allowed me to quit my job as a school teacher. Now I work a few hours a week keeping my business running and I love it!
Over the years, I’ve had a ton of people ask me how I got started in real estate investing. So we’ve started the RealEstateGuide2Success blog with one objective…to help beginning real estate investors get started and prosper from investing in real estate. On this site, you’ll only get information I’ve learned through my own personal experiences. You’ll get the good, the bad and the ugly! Whether you want to own multiple income generating rental properties, or just want some extra passive income from one or two rental properties, this site will help you get there. Real estate is my passion and I want to share what I’ve learned to help others become successful. I’ll help you reach your dreams, like my mentor helped me succeed.
I’ve helped several people begin their real estate investing careers and change their lives forever. Becoming a real estate entrepreneur has definitely changed my life. It has provided the financial security and work independence I’ve always dreamed of. Not to mention allowing me to jumpstart my sports car collection, all thanks to real estate investing.
